Promises - Nero (Skrillex Remix)

I really love this song. It has all the aspects on a good dub song that I look for: great/interesting vocals, a fun beat, a satisfying build up and rockin' dub sounds.

Mexicans with Guns - Restart

Was trying to find an interesting tidbit to share about Mexicans with Guns and found very little. Perhaps I should stop doing this at work where I have limited net accessibility. Naaa~h. Anyway, here's this funny tidbit found at Exponential Music:

"And what does Mexicans with Guns exactly sound like? Imagine listening to a dubstep remix of an NWA track while doing a drive by if you just drank a bunch of lean while visiting the dirty south. Ahh good times. His remixes of Faunts, Animal Collective, and Jogger to name a few, have been heating up the interweb and dance floor alike."

Kryptic Minds - Can't Sleep (Feat. Alys Be)

This is another fun chill-dubby song that I love. I need to just make a chill-dub playlist and put it up here for peeps to download, don't I? Feel free to comment if you're interested : )

Take A Bow - Muse

I've been a Muse fan for years. Their songs are generally incredible and epic. Let's not forget the epic because... well, that's my number one favorite thing about them. I just LOVE how adventurous they feel. I like to fancy their songs could be the soundtrack of my life. The other thing I fancy is that their music is what the baby of Pink Floyd and Queen would sound like... musically anyway. I'm not even comparing Muse's vocals to that of Freddy Mercury. Everyone knows that Freddy Mercury can't be easily topped, HOWEVER, Muse has very similar qualities and with the electronic bits I'm in heaven. This song is the one that originally got me thinking that way. Close your eyes and listen to the beginning. If you don't think it could have come out of a Pink Floyd song then you need to stop what you're doing and listen to "Wish You Were Here", STAT! Okay, behold the glory:

Don't be surprised if I post one or two more songs from this album, Black Holes and Revelations, because I basically dig them all. Tonight night I'm going to see a Laser Muse - Laser Light Show at a Planetarium and I have no doubts it will be amazing.

Bassnectar - Timestretch (West Coast Lo Fi Remix)

Oh man, I love this song. It's pretty phenomenal. Read these amazing YouTube comment endorsements!

"i want to put it's dick inside me!" - audifreek009
"THIS TRACK IS FILTHIER THAN JERRY SANDUSKY'S PENIS....too soon?" - mc00134
"the sound waves r makin love in my ears and their babys are nutrients for my brain to feast upon......" - rottenflesh85

So as you can see, it's clearly a great song. ENJOY!

Phaeleh - Afterglow

I heard this song, as most of the songs on here, originally on Pandora. There's just something about this song. It's so damn calm. It just makes me wanna lay down and relax. A great listen after a hectic day!

Alexis K - I Need to Feel

I like this song because it's a nice chill dubby song. You can just listen to it wash over you for a bit. It's good stuff.
